The fields marked with a " * " are required to be filled out before submitting the form. Most of the information: type of event, event duration, callsigns of additional operators, etc., can be entered in the main text input field. The "Total man/hrs." field should contain the total operator time expended during the event. Total man/hrs. is determined by taking the total number of radio operators and multiplying by the total time of the event (in hrs.). *** Example: 3 operators times 1.5 hours = 4.5 man/hours. *** This information will be compiled into our database for submission to State and Local Authorities with our annual reports.
